I've been a wrestling fan for twenty-five years, and my earliest memories were of Randy Savage, specifically his feud with George "The Animal" Steele. I'm going to share a few youtube videos of some of my favorite Randy Savage moments.

ReplyDeletemay this great man rest in peace!
ReplyDeleteVery sad he ended up passing away. Hopefully his legacy runs on.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all these clips - when I was a kid (from around 6 months to 6 years), I was OBSESSED with wrestling! My mom started it by laying me in front of the TV - this is back in the day, & it was one of the behemoth wooden deals, so it was like I was right there in the ring! So many cute pictures of me flailing around imitating wrestlers. lol
ReplyDeleteAnyway, although I don't remember that, I have a lot of memories of awesome matches.
Rest in piece, Randy!
R.I.P. mister Savage, well we know that wasn't really his name. At least he didn't have to experience the end of days.
ReplyDeleteSad to hear famous people die.
